Metro 2033 Redux is a high tech shooting game that was developed by 4A Games and this game was published by THQ. This game was released on August 29, 2014. This is a first person shooting game based on a character named as Artyom. The game is set inside the metro and as well as above the ground, some of the missions will be played above the ground while some will be played in the metro site. Players will be given some marvellous high tech and some traditional weapons, players can also use alien technology such as alien space ships to travel from one place to another and can also use alien laser weapons. In the game the health bar is much improved and instead of the traditional health bar where players would have to get health points to regain health, in this release players will regain health if they avoid damage fro a period of time or run away from the enemies. The game combat abilities are tremendous, players can also fight enemies by punches and kicks, players can get stealth kills and can also assassinate the enemies in dark. The enemies can be either mutants or human hostiles, the mutants are not supposed to have any weapon but rather they will attack with their hands to give physical damage. The human hostiles will be holding weapons and sometimes they may have heavy machine guns and other heavy damage weapons. The game maps or the entire game is foggy, players may not see far objects properly due to fog, players will also face horror scenes such as mutants may suddenly come out of the fog and attack the screen etc. The game career or story mode is based on missions and missions are based objectives, players must complete the necessary objectives so as to level up and progress in the game, as players levels up in the game they will get upgrades for their abilities such as upgrade for stealth or strength. Players can also purchase items or upgrade their abilities by purchasing them from the Internet. Metro 2033 Redux also features online game, where players will have to connect to a server and thetas it. Players can either play casual game or competitive mode. The game visuals and sound effects are remarkable and icing on cake the special effects are amazing which can be set accordingly.
